I published a course with the wrong status selected so we encountered an issue with the reporting. Instead of Passed/Incomplete, I selected Pass/Fail. When I changed the status, the issue got fixed. So it is really a matter of me not understanding when do I select Passed/Incomplete, Pass/Fail, etc. We determined it was not an LMS issue.
Well, hopefully the troubleshooting article I shared above will assist. Are you able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud? Is that how you determined it wasn't specific to your LMS?
To report both completion status and success status to an LMS, select either Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed as the reporting option when publishing your Articulate Storyline content. See this article for more information.
