LMS (SAP LSO) report imcomplete
Feb 19, 2013
Hi all!
Altho im not responsible for the integration in our LMS, integrators and my project managers have informed me of an issue.
The project we are integrating is a 225 slides questionnaires (about 175 questions). The progress, performance, and completion are sent to the LMS.
However, when trying to acces the report from the LMS, only part of the questions are included in the report. We are unable to download the sum of the questions answered by the users, and thus, cannot analyse the answers, nor certify completion or knowledge acquisition.
Is there someone with a similar problem or that have solve such an issue?
Thanks

Hi Nathalie!
You may have seen it, but here's the quiz data that Storyline sends to an LMS. It's up to the LMS to interpret and display that data, though. So you may want try testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side. If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
thanks!
I will forward this answer to the integration team and project manager, and see what they have in mind about the issue then.
later!
Hi Nathalie,
We are also facing similar issue the SAP LMS system reports incomplete. We are not getting the entire quiz data sent back to
SAP LMS. Please let me know if you were able to resolve the issue that you reported.
Thanks,
Krishna
Hello Krisna
we have discovered that SAP LSO might have a limit of 90 units to report.
As my question was about 200 questions, it may be the reason the reports was cropped.
You may check this ifnromation, and tell me if it is the same for you.
Good luck.
Hello, thank you for that input Nathalie. If I may ask, any further developments on your side? Have you been able to increase the number of units that report to SAP LSO, or have you reduced your questionnaire size?
oo myyy...just a comment if I may...do you wish to kill and demotivate your participants with a 175 questions / 225 slides? ;)
Hi Julie,
This thread is a bit older, so I'm not certain if folks are still subscribed - but thanks for chiming in here in regards to slide overload. :-)

Hello All. Sorry for the delay in response.
Some of these questionnaires sre exams required by-law for a certification in a utilities company.
