I have a menu structure created in a document. Is there an option to load a file (XML or Excel or any other format) to create a menu in storyline 360, so that when I upload/import the file the menu for a course is automatically created.
This is possible but a custom menu and not the default menu in Storyline. It is like generating a series of buttons on the slide for the Menu based on the XML element.
*.XML files are used to save changes to a course player as a whole, and not just the Menu. This user guide on importing and exporting players sheds some more light on that:

Interesting idea - but I've not seen that done in Storyline or know of a feature to allow you to do so.
Hopefully, if folks in the community have set this up, they'll be able to share here.
