Hello! We've been noticing that the logo gets "softened" when uploaded to the player. Also, this seems to happen to some slides. I think the slide clarity is a separate issue but can someone help me with the logo issue?
There is a certain amount of image compression that happens when you publish your Storyline files, and you could change that within the publish settings:
Also, I'd be curious to know where you're seeing the differences in terms of browser or viewing the Flash vs. HTML5 output. You'll want to ensure you're using one of the recommended browsers here for SL1 content and here for SL2 content.
