Lost Data?

We have a client that has experienced data loss from a Storyline course published to a Sum Total LMS. The particular course is an assessment that has 100 questions and determines an adaptive learning path based on how the learner answers the questions.
Approximately 20 out of 8000 learners have completed the course and achieved a 'complete' status on the LMS, but there is no question level data saved. So for a small percentage of learners, the learning path is not defined.
Has anyone had this happen on a large scale deployment?

Hi Bill,
With such a small group of users, it may be hard to isolate what happened.
Have you looked at asking what browsers they were using? How they closed the browsers? Have you reached out to SumTotal to see if they had any ideas?
Thanks for the reply Ashley - client has reached out to Sum Total and there is a cross section of all browsers and platforms among the users with data loss.
I was seeing if anyone else had a similar issue.
