I've had two different clients share snapshots that show the lower case "f" is not showing up in Menus, notes, and others for a course published in HTML5. Both clients were using IE 11.
Hey there, Eboni. We're happy to work with you more closely on this if you're still seeing problems with your fonts! You have Articulate 360 for Teams, so you get priority support.
Has anybody found a solution for this yet? We're using Proxima Nova and having this problem. Any sure-thing fonts we can switch to? Browsers that are safe? Publishing settings? Help! Thanks!
A good place to start: This article about wrong fonts and missing letters covers options that should help you see the correct text in every browser.
If that doesn't help, would you be willing to connect with our Support team so we can run some tests to get to the root of what may be happening with the font?
