I imported a large project from PowerPoint and want the user to control the navigation, not rely on the timeline. Can I change all slides to this setting in one go?
Unfortunately, my team has the same problem but this fix does not work for us. I tried selecting them all, changing from "automatically" to "by user" in the first slide and that did not work either. Any other thoughts?
Thank you so much for your screen capture tutorial. I tried it again with a new file and it worked. I am not sure why we had trouble before. It is like in college when something wasn't working. You call the professor over to ask for help and when you try to show him/her how it doesn't work, it suddenly works. LOL

Yes. In StoryView, select all slides in the scene/project and then select 'By User' from the slide properties panel (lower right).
Thanks for the swift response!
Glad that Michael was able to assist you here Julian, and if you need anything else just let us know!

Hi Kyle
I use this all the time and just did it again in a sample file and it works. See Peek

Ha ha Kyle - I'm a trainer and have seen the evidence. The ups and downs of working with software. All the best with your project.
Thank you Wendy. :-)
I used to teach in a Technical College. I used to laugh when it happened to students working with software because I could totally relate. LOL
