Does anyone know what is the maximum screen size allowed for an Adobe Captivate file that will be used in a Storyline course? Can't find these dimensions anywhere.
The maximum size of a Storyline project is 2047 * 2047. But even if your Captivate-based Flash file is larger, you could scale it down to fit your project size (which may degrade the quality somewhat).
Thanks for the quick reply. I know with Articulate Presenter, making sure the Captivate output stayed at 700 by 495 (pushing it was 720 by 540) allowed my simulations and demos to display nicely. Does it state anywhere the recommended dimensions for recording Captivate for Storyline?
Similar to Presenter, the actual size of your Storyline content area depends on the player features you enable, e.g. if the menu is turned on/off. Here is some info on how this affects the size of the published content.
