Hi folks, i'm getting this error message whenever I attempt to access my media library. I've tried closing, and saving as a different file name and no luck - any tips?
Lo and behold, Shiela from our skilled Support team found the culprit! It looks like a specific character became corrupt, which then caused the error. Simply delete the character, and you'll be good to go!
Hi Katie - thanks for that - I had downloaded the template from the content library - have you been able to replicate this issue or was it just lucky old me? ;)
It looks like we've been able to replicate the issue as well, so we've recorded it as a bug. We'll be sure to reach back out once any progress has been made on a fix!
