When I preview my project the player has the menu items on the first 3 slides and the light box slide but not the follow on quiz slide descriptions. I have checked that the player options MENU is checked. I have attachment a snip.
Under the Sales tip there should be 2o slide descriptions.
From those images I'm not following the set up - it looks like items are missing from the menu, not that the menu is missing from particular slides? Have you looked at using the "reset from story" option to include those in the menu? Also are your questions in a question bank? You may want to begin by reviewing this tutorial as I think that'll cover a lot of those elements that you may need to look at.

Did you check to see if all the slides were set to use the default slide properties or were using a custom setting that didn't have the menu?
There wasn't an attachment here, so if you're still having difficulty can you pop back in and share the attachment?

I had to go into Player Menu and reset from story.
