help! The mp.4 videos only show the video's 1st frame on the 360 review site and from our LMS. LMS is a third party and 360 is local. The slide plays, completes and advances but no video. It was published as html5 with flash fallback and I'm viewing them in IE 11. They work in chrome and Safari.
Sorry you've run into this! I'm not seeing the same behavior in IE11 on my end; have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet? If so, are you getting the same results? We generally compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out file issues versus LMS issues. We are happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your file!
I don’t have access to SCORM Cloud so I can’t test there. Some videos are working and some aren’t. The 1st link is the 360 review the other two are drop box for the scorm zip and 360 project. This is just a test so the project only has 2 sides both with videos. 1st video starts in black.

Thanks for sharing your file, Debbie! I published it to LMS with HTML5/Flash fallback, and uploaded it to SCORM Cloud. You can test the published file here in IE11 - everything seems to be working as expected! The videos also play as expected in Articulate Review in IE11.
