The course I have created is linear, with knowledge check Q&A throughout. If a learner gets one question wrong within the course, it seems they have to go through the whole course again, answering all the questions including the one they got wrong to get the 100% mark.
Is there a way that we can manage it so that they only go back into the wrong answer and re-do? I am using Articulate Online to manage their course, so I'm hopeful there is a way to do this.
It's possible to set up the retry so that the user only tries the incorrect questions on the second attempt through, but it's a bit of work to set up. The explanation by Jeanette in this thread will get you started and you'll have to make these changes within Storyline itself, not Articulate Online.
