Multiple choice question with explanation

You could add a text entry field to the multiple choice question slide, and using the method here track the variable to send it to your LMS.

Hello, Thank you for you help, it works as described and replied to my need.

I checked on my LMS platform Moodle, I have an explanation if you had a same result before, when I check the data on the report of the SCORM, I have a series of charcacters adjussant to the data entred by the student.

Example of the data on the LMS (the balded text is text entered by student):

My question, is their a way to have just the text entered by the student without the long series of characters attached to it?

How Moodle reports the data to you is not something I'll be able to assist you with, but you may want to check in with your Moodle team in regards to how data is relayed to you in terms of reporting.

that looks a bit like the output from something like suspend_data rather than the interactions report. Try taking a look at the interactions report in Moodle to see if the information is displayed there a bit better. (the interactions report is only available in Moodle 2.2 and higher)
