multiple users creating e-learning using storyline 2

Hi all
We're developing our very first e-learning package using articulate storyline 2 so I'm very new to using the software.
I've read a couple of times now not to work off a shared drive because it can cause corrupted files and other issues. So we definitely want to avoid this from happening.
However, what happens when there are two or even three team members working on the same project and we each need to access the package to work on it. How do you go about sharing the file so that this can happen but you don't have the concern or issue of corrupted files?? Is there a way this can be done (really hoping there is!)
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Carmel,
If you need to share files you can back up to the shared/network drive, you'll just want to ensure that users download the .story file to their local drive before opening to work on it. You'll also see this is described a bit further here.
Thanks Ashley, the link you suggested is helpful and provides a bit more clarity. Fingers crossed it all works okay as we have quite tight timeframes for our project and we need to try and avoid any and all mistakes.
Certainly understand Carmel and please keep us posted on how it goes for you!
