Navigating back to a quiz

Hi
I have an issue around the previous / next navigation buttons post a quiz.
The user has completed a quiz and moved on to other slides (when completing the quiz the user only has access to the previous and submit button), however if they return to the quiz, they get 'stuck'. Next and previous buttons exists, but Storyline will not move pre / past the slide, unless they select an item from the left hand navigation menu. I can't see where to configure these two buttons as they only exist when returning to that slide post quiz completion and not in the normal slide set up.
The quiz is set, so you will return to its completed state.

Is you quiz set to unlimited retries?
If yes, change that to a specific number of retries. Doing this will display the Review layer for each question answered. The Review layer enables the Next button and locks the user from re-answering a question.

I have changed it to a limited of number of attempts. The previous button now works but not the next!
The review layer? Are you talking about the Correct / Incorrect / Try again layers?
Its a drag and drop quiz format.

Hi Kate,
What update of Storyline are you using? Update 5 was released at the end of January.
If you're not using update 5 yet, can you download and install update 5 (you'll want to first uninstall update 4) and let us know if the behavior persists when you publish using update 5?

I just upgraded to version 5 this morning, but then read your message. Didn't realise I had to uninstall update four (how do I do this?) Or does it not matter now that I have installed 5?

Hi Kate,
If you're still having some unusual behavior in update 5, you may want to uninstall Storyline fully and then install update 5 to ensure you have a clean install.
Here are directions on how to uninstall Storyline. You'll then want to follow the directions here to install Storyline.
Please let us know how it's behaving after following these steps and working on Update 5, and I'll also send you directions to share it with me.
