I just completed my first update since being an active user. After it was installed it asked for both an Activation Code and sent me through the product registration steps. Is this necessary and/or normal?
Yes - that's a normal part of the process that you'll need to reactivate your software as it counts as a fresh install. The good news is that the software remembers your serial number, so you just have to click Activate to complete the process. If you need help, let us know.
If you had previously registered it - I don't believe you have to register again, just choose "register later" - but I'm going to get clarification on our team about that.
Confirmed. You don't need to re-register, but if you choose "register now" all that information should also be pre-populated.
