New Release- Lightbox error?

Hi! Just updated to the latest release, and my lightbox slides have gone wonky. How do I fix this? Is it a new bug?
If my browser is full screen the lightbox is too large and cropped and the x is not accessible. If my browser is smaller the lightbox is too small. (The player settings allow to resize to fill screen.)
I've attached images. My project is due Monday!?!?!

I am also experiencing this problem.
Hi, it would be really helpful to have an update to know in what timescale the lightbox bugs reported here are being resolved thanks.
I'm also having the same issue so hope a fix to this will be released soon
Also have this issue...
Our team is currently working on this and we hope to have a fix out to you soon.

I run in to the same issue and hoping that it will get fixed soon.
Hello,
We are having the same issue. This is quite embarrassing as our client needs to review several modules to deploy on their LMS.
We hope it will be solved (very) soon! We trust the excellent Articulate Team!
Many thanks!
Please also sign me up for the fix to this annoying bug.
Just adding my voice to the chorus. Lightboxes extend outside the screen. There is no close button and therefore no way for a user to return to the opening slide. As such, they are stuck and can no longer navigate.
As with others, I have critical deadlines looming, so desperate for a fix.
Whilst we await an official release, is there any way to hack the published JS and/or CSS, to revert the lightbox behaviour to the previous release?
NOTE: I have tested the suggested fix (lock player at optimal size), and it DOES NOT resolve the issue.
The same problem here. It is also strange that when you set the player to resize to optimal size and you change the size of the browser window the ratio of the 'resized' lightbox is different as the ratio of the browser window.
Ps. I think this is related to supportcase #01279506
After further exploring this issue, I note that Articulate review DOES NOT HONOUR the setting: 'lock player at optimal size.
Regardless of what setting I apply here, the content in AR continues to scale with the browser. As I increase the size of the browser window the lightbox takes an increasingly large percentage of the space, until it extends beyond the size of the player.
At this point, the close button is offscreen, so there is no way to close the lightbox, or navigate to any other slide
Same problem for us. Do you have informations about an upcoming update?
It might not suit everybody, but my workaround is to just create my own 'Close' button on lightbox slides using the 'Close lightbox' trigger. It doesn't resolve any sizing issues but gets me through my review process.
I've had to re-build all my help and info lightboxes as layers to meet delivery deadlines retaining the functionality the project had last week. Lots of unnecessary work and testing which will be ditched once the software is rectified.
When is the update to fix this expected to come out? This is affecting our projects as well.
Hi all,
The issue with Lightbox slides covered the entire course when the player was set to fill the browser in HTML5 output was fixed in the Articulate 360 update released today!
Take a look at the release notes here, and you can install the latest update from the Articulate 360 desktop tray application by clicking Update.
Problem seems to be almost solved. But when I preview in Articulate Review the transparent black background of the Lightbox does not scale correct
The fix on the update appears to be working for me. Publishing new versions to the Review site fixes the courses that had the error.
Hi Iain, happy to hear the fix solved it for you!
Hey Chris, would you be willing to share that particular slide as a sample file? I'd like to publish the slide to Articulate Review and compare what I see to the screenshot you provided. Thanks!
Sorry to hear that you ran into another issue Chris.
Thank you for reaching out to our support team and it looks like Anna has gotten this issue reported.
I'll attach this thread as well as we track user impact and so that we can update you when we can.
Hi Lesly,
The case number is #01287058.
I created a new testfile (attached) and the background of the lightbox scales wrong. I tested it with and without a menu.
You can test it on:
This is how it looks when you resize the browser window:
Thanks Chris and thanks for sharing with Anna as well.
Thank you - the lightbox issue is fixed for me.
Great news John. Thanks for letting us know :)
Just updated SL3 yesterday and now I'm getting the lightbox issue.
And the lock player fix does not work here either.
