I imported an Engage FAQ interaction from Studio into Storyline. I have my Menu tab in the top left bar and Next button at the bottom of the slide along with Prev and seekbar. However, the menu tab does not expand the menu in the 'Engage Interaction slide. I also cannot clilck Next. Only the Previous button works. Help!!!!!!
In Juvanka's case, she needed to set the Next button behavior for her Engage slide.
Juvanka's Engage slide was the last slide in a Scene. For every scene, you can link the last slide to another scene so that Storyline's Next button will know where to go when it's on the last slide of a scene. From Story view, select the link icon in the lower right of the scene. If you expand the scene to see all the slides, the link will be at the bottom of the last slide. Please see this forum post that includes a screen capture.
In addition, Engage interactions are treated as web objects in Storyline. You may find that some player elements (such as the Menu Tab) get obscured by web objects on the slide. In other words, some player elements will actually appear behind web objects. Please review this article for more information.

Good Afternoon, Juvanka.
So that we can take a look at your interaction with you, would you mind submitting a Support Case and including a copy of your .story file? Thanks!
Hi Juvanka, I have the same problem.
Did you manage to solve it?
