In the past, I have been able to set up a course where the content only advances if the learner selects the NEXT button (in contrast to content advancing when timeline starts/ends). I recall being able to select Ctrl + A and apply this to all 'slides'. When I do this now, all slides are selected, but I cannot locate the feature that allows me to tell the system to advance when the learner selects the NEXT button. I also went thru and did this with the Trigger feature on each individual slide and it reverted back to advancing when the timeline starts/ends. What am I missing?

Hello Sarah, does the information here help? http://community.articulate.com/tutorials/products/adjusting-slide-properties.aspx
Yes, the Slide Properties box is what I was referring to, but I CANNOT SEE IT regardless of how I try to access it - Story View or Slide View. Any ideas? How can it be hidden?
I've ran into this issue before (I think..).
If you click on the "Story View" tab, upper left, then you should be able to multi-select slides and view the Slide Properties panel in the lower right. This is the same for both Storyline 1 and 2.
.... And, I suppose it's also possible that the Slide Properties panel has been minimized, or collapsed.
In this case, you should still see it on the bottom right, but would need to click the arrow to expand or open the panel.
Yes, I've used everything your screenshot shows in the past. It is not appearing and it is not hidden. My screenshot is below. I am at a loss!
Hi Sarah, unfortunately your screenshot does not seem to have uploaded, I'm not seeing it
Well, this is embarrassing. After toying with the right hang edge - it wasn't minimized, but the Slide Properties were not in my image window. I have corrected the problem and appreciate you spending the time you did to try to help me. Your comment about items being minimized/hidden made me double check everything. Thank you.
Trust me, I've been there, always helpful to have an extra set of eyes! Glad you were able to find it
