Not sure why trigger is not showing a layer

Hi everyone. I was hoping someone can help me out with a variables problem I'm having. I'm sure i'm overlooking something basic.
I have a menu that has three clickable options. On that slide I would like a layer to show after a user has visited all three menu options. I attempted to achieve this by creating 3 variables, all set to false.
I created triggers on the final button of each menu item (that will return the user back to the menu page) to change the variable from false to true.
I created a trigger on the menu page that will show the layer once all three variables are set to true.
Doesn't seem to be working. I'm not sure why.
Any advice would be welcomed.
Thanks!

If you can share the file Julio that would be helpful for us to see the setup and offer a solution.
Sure thing! Thanks for the help

Hi Julio
on first look change this trigger from When: Variable changes to 'When timeline starts' on that slide
hum. I tried that and it still doesn't work.
To recap.
When: Timeline Starts
Object: 1.4 Menu
All three variables == to true as conditions
on the last button on each section, a trigger that switches my variables to true.
Not sure what i'm missing.
Thanks for your support!

Hey Wendy. I figured out what the problem was. I had the trigger changing my variable to true listed as the last trigger on the list. I bumped it up to the first and it now works.
Thank you for your help! This was really eating away at me.

Place the three variable references on your menu slide and test that they are changing to true.
