Has anyone experienced a difference in number of clicks required on an iPad or iPhone? I have a screen with a circle that once clicked displays a layer. On the iPad and iPhone, it requires a double-click. Is this standard?
Thanks for reaching out! To help clarify the issue, is this circle a rounded button that has a Down state?
If so, it looks like you may have encountered a bug we currently have reported to our team and will continue to keep an eye on it to evaluate how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses.
If not, let me know, and we'll keep troubleshooting!
Hi, I'm experiencing the same issues, My course includes a page which forces the student to view every page by clicking on the menu buttons. Works on all platforms except for iphone & ipad. Double clicking works but isn't ideal. Hope you have a resolution soon as we are close to launching our training.
Hello, I am experiencing the same issue where a single click on the computer to reveal a layer requires a double click on the ipad. Can you please let me know whether there is a work around this?

Hi Lucie,
Sorry to hear you're running into this as well! Just to confirm, do you have a rounded button with a down-state?
If you remove the down-state, does that help with the behavior on the iPad?
