It seems like the objects are sorted by their "Object Type" (Text, Image, Caption, Shape, etc) first and then their Object Names alphabetically within the Object type.
Do you have any specific results/objective in mind? Let me know if I can help.
I have a big project. Many slides have 20 or more objects. I often have to modify the triggers on certain objects and they sometimes difficult to locate in a long scrollin list. I was trying to figure out how to name the objects to have them always appear at the top of the list. I don't thing there is any way to do that?
Hi JC, I can see how the ability to reorganize those objects would be helpful! If you feel this feature would improve your experience using Storyline, we would love to hear more. You can submit a feature request here.

Hi JC,
As Ryan mentioned it's a combination of object type and alphabetical by the object type.
Have you run into any trouble with this setup?
