Play different audio each time learner returns to a slide

I have a slide with 3 buttons. On landing, the audio explains the learner will click each button to learn more.
- Clicking button-1 takes the learner to page-1, and the learner clicks 'Previous' to go back to the slide with the 3 buttons.
- Clicking button-2 takes the learner to page-2, and the learner clicks 'Previous' to go back to the slide with the 3 buttons.
- Clicking button-3 takes the learner to page-3, and the learner clicks 'Next' to continue
THE ISSUE:
I don't want the same audio to play each time the learner returns to the 3-button slide.
QUESTION:
Is it possible for a different audio file to play, once the learner returns to this slide as follows?
Audio-1 plays on first landing of this slide with 3 buttons.
Audio-2 plays when the learner returns to the slide with 3 buttons, from page-1.
Audio-3 plays when the learner returns to the slide with 3 buttons, from page-2.

Or, is it possible to return the learner to a specific layer, with each layer having a different audio file as described above?
you could set variables that are triggered when the each audio clip completes e.g. adjust variable audio1 value true when media completes on audio1 then when the user returns to the slide,
show layer audio2 when timeline starts on 3 button slide on condition audio1 = true.
Would something like that work for you
Let me try that. Thanks. I'm not great with variables, but I'm going to try this.
Does the attached show a correctly coded variable?

otherwise if you want to share the slide and I can try to help you - just let me know exactly what you want to happen with each layer
