I am attempting to publish a course to be viewed on a Samsung Galaxy 2 tablet. I am opening the course using Dolphin for my browser however the bottom of the course keeps getting cut off. I can zoom in and out but when zooming out the text is to small to read. Does anyone have any suggestions?
So, I'm afraid we won't be able to give any suggestions for the Galaxy. However, having said all that, maybe someone that's been able to get a course up and running on that device can give you some tips :)
Thanks for you help. I actually figured out a work-around. I changed the resolution size of the slides to fit within the recommended size of the tablet.
Fantastic, glad to hear you were able to get that working.
I'm sure others using the same device will really appreciate the information, as well. Thanks for sharing this!
Have a great day,
Christine
Hi Christine,
It's been almost a year since this response and I was wondering when additional tablet support will be added to Storyline? As Samsung has increasingly eaten in to Apple's tablet share I was wondering fi there will be an update soon to support those Android based tablets.
I don't have any further updates to share on future support for Android or Samsung devices, but I'd recommend sharing your thoughts with our product development team here.
Thanks for the info, it's just curious that the Apple iOS is the only supported tablet by Storyline, but there is no version of Storyline that will run on a Mac.
I don't claim to know the mindset of our development team and how the coding fits into those different environments, but I know a number of users have requested a Mac version and support for Android devices.

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes, Melissa!
Unfortunately, the Galaxy tablet is not currently a supported mobile device. Right now, only the iPad is supported for Flash and HTML5 mobile output.
For more information on supported browsers, please review the following article:
