Hi everyone,
I am working as a teacher in a school. My colleagues would like to get a good overview of all functionalities of Storyline. So they asked me to give a presentation also to our school director.
If they like it they will start a trial period and then maybe buy some pacakges.
I know there is this teaser video on Stroyline but it shows no functionalities. Does anybody have a good clip or presentation I could use? They asked me yesterday and presentation is set for this Friday...so I a kinda short in time to make one myself.
Presenter used to have a very good video showing the most frequent functional aspects. But cant find anything for storyline.
Thank you!
Kind regards
Bart

Bart - my suggestion would be build a quick Storyline presentation - and use that.
Nothing fancy, because you cannot show 100%.
Show the custom player.
Show branching.
Show layers.
Show a Screen recording of YOU paging through all the types of Quiz there are.
Show the characters changing when your "audience" choose an emotion (from a button).
I think Natalie-Mueller Spurgin (?) on this forum did this once, and they were hooked.
Given your timescales this is the quickest thing to do IMHO, and is the best anyway!

Hi B,
You may want to also use some of the tutorials on this page to help showcase how things can be made in Storyline. There is obviously a lot, so you'll have to narrow it down based on what you think your colleagues would be most interested in.
Hi guys,
Thank you for this. I built a nice presentation in Storyline some time ago so I think I am going to show them this and go over some functionalities. I guess this wil be stronger than just making a ppt.

Thanks for the update Bart! If you need anything else, just let us know.
Hi, Bart,
Here's the slide deck I used when I gave a capabilities presentation on SL last week....hope it helps. A good part of it was my opinion on stuff, but.....

Thanks Jessica for sharing. I especially liked the Liz Lemon photos.
