Hi all, I need some help. I am trying to render out a chromakeyed video (rendering avi uncompressed 32bit) that I need to convert to FLV to work in an Articulate Storyline e-Learning project.
The problem I'm having is that when I render out from Sony Vegas Pro 12 and then convert the AVI to FLV(using Adobe Media Encoder CS6), the alpha channel doesn't seem to be preserved when I bring it into Storyline.
Any ideas on what the right workflow is? Any help is much appreciated.
Update...I have been intsructed to render the video out of Vegas as a png image sequence; which I have done successfully. Now the problem is that the transparency isn't preserved when I convert the png image sequence to a flv file using Adobe Media Encoder.
Any ideas and/or experience with this workflow would be appeciated. Thanks.
Yea, I was following this to see what the fix was. I remember someone posted a sample of how they used FLV video files with transparency, don't remember if they posted how they did it.

SUCCESS!! I just needed to set the export settings in th Adobe Media Encoder to "encode alpha channel."
Whew...that was quite a journey.
