I've created a simple drag and drop resource in Storyline. One intro slide, 4 separate scenes. Each slide is only one very low res image and the rest is simple text. Only about 50 slides in all. No audio or video.
The problem is, when I come to preview the whole project, it takes about 30 minutes and then doesn't work (no error message). Similarly, when I try and publish, it takes about 30 minutes but appears to work. However, when I try and view on our LMS, I simply get a blank page.
The native file size is around 18MB. The output published size is a little under 10MB.
If not, I think we'll need to take a look at your .story file in order to properly diagnose the problem. Can you please submit a Support Case and include a copy of your course? Thanks!

First, let's make sure that you haven't been working from a Network Drive or a USB Drive, which is one of the most frequent causes of erratic behavior and file corruption.
If not, I think we'll need to take a look at your .story file in order to properly diagnose the problem. Can you please submit a Support Case and include a copy of your course? Thanks!
