Has anyone had an issue with the PREV button going to the NEXT page. I created a Storyline course and I have no idea why when previous is clicked it goes to next page instead of previous. I went into settings and checked that both were checked on each page. So how could this be happening?
So sorry you're having this navigation issue! To better determine why this is happening, would you be able to share your .story file with us? You can do this by using the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left corner of the reply box in this thread.
I also wanted to share that you can manually configure the navigation triggers to go to the slides you're intending. Select the slide in Slide View you're seeing this issue in. In the Triggers Panel you'll see the built in Previous and Next button triggers. If you click on the hyperlink that says Previous Slide you will be presented with a drop down menu of slides. Select the slide that you want as the Previous Slide and you should be good to go! Check out the attached screenshot for clarification.
