I am using Storyline from the first Storyline release version. Recently I have noticed that there are no function written in any of the player_compiled.js file to print report/result slide in HTML Output. So when you click print button - nothing will happen in the HTML output.
In flash output the print function is working fine.
I have checked the function for print in Storyline 3 and 360, and found the print function is available. Can you please release Storyline 2 update 14 with Print Function for HTML 5 Output?
I'll definitely let the team know you'd like to see that feature also implemented into Storyline 2, but at this time we don't have any plans for adding new features to Storyline 2.

Printing the results of a quiz is an option in Storyline 2's Flash output, as you'll see noted here.
That feature was added as a part of Storyline 3 and Storyline 360 as a part of our continued efforts focused on HTML5 output.

When your learners click it, they will see an HTML page showing a summary of their quiz performance. Here's a sample of how that could look:
