I am a new user to Story Line and I am very excited about the new course that I have created for my company. The issue that I am having is printing the quiz results for our course.
This function works fine when I click on the output file and run from the html file; however I lose this functionality after up loading into our company LMS.
Unfortunately after reading the article that you had sent I still don't seem to have any resolution as to why the results of my course won't print.
I had already published the course as the article had stated and I could actually click on the html file located in the output and had no problem printing the results.
However, after uploading to our company's LMS system I could not print the results---when clicking on the print results button all I got was a white screen.
I don't mean to be difficult, it's just that I am very proud of the course I created and I don't understand how to get this one last feature to work properly.
If you come across any other solutions please keep me in mind.

Another great test is to see if you experience the same issue in SCORM Cloud or if the issue is limited to your LMS.
Offering a small idea - white windows popping up in browsers during LMS sessions often indicate pop-up blockers...
Further, if you are in Storyline 2, that means you are outputting Flash. This content is often blocked, as Flash is being entirely phased out of browser viewing.

Sorry to hear that you've run into trouble with this.
There are a few reasons that the Print Results feature may not be working. Check out this article.

I know the white pop-up well.
