I am not seeing the same behavior when trying to change my player language, so first I'll want to confirm that you're working on local project files as described here and that you're using the newest update of Storyline 2, update 2. If the behavior persists, can you also look at conducting the repair detailed here.
I just did a quick test and it also worked correctly on my computer. However, the first time I tried to change the player settings I did not give it time to finish loading the sample view and Storyline 2 crashed. With the second attempt, I waited for the screen to display before I changed the right to left setting and it worked as expected.
Hi Brent,
Thanks for your prompt reply and support.
On my computer it doesn't work properly same problem.
I install a new version and the same problem has repeated.
I install the trail version on my laptop at home and its works fine...
I don't know what is the difference between these two computers.
Thanks
Dudi

Dear Ashley,
Thanks again for your prompt reply and your valuable suggestion to resolved the Hebrew right to left Problem.
First for all I'm using the software locally on my computer (Hard Disk- C).
I have read the article that you recommended as refer to WIN-7 OS.
The Articulate Storyline program has been uninstalled again - and the same problem is continued.
Since I'm working in organization that has strictly rules of IT security, I can't install any software as administrator.
I can't download or install the MS.NET framework 4, neither the Adobe Flash Player....
If this two simple software will resolve my problem, I will have to submit a formal request from our IT software support desk help, hope that they will confirm my request.
Thanks again and I will inform you as soon as any news regarding this matter will show up.
Regards,
David

Thanks David for the update - and I think at this point, you'll want to work with your IT team to ensure that Storyline is installed as an administrator, that the ms.net framework and Flash player are also installed correctly as well.
Please let us know if after going through those steps if you're still having difficulty. If so, I may suggest that you work directly with our support team.
Dear Ashley,
I have managed to get from our IT support team the installation of the latest version of MS.Net framework and Flash player on my computer.
Of course I restart my computer just in case and unfortunately the same problem has shown up.
I think that as you recommended I will get some help from your support team through the link that was embedded in your e-mail.
Thanks again for your kind support.
Yours
David

Thanks David for the update! Also, in case you haven't done so already you may want to download the newest updates for Storyline 1 and 2 as they offer support for Flash Player 16 (a recent Windows update that broke Storyline, and that I heard Windows will be forcing users to utilize soon).
Thanks David for the holiday wishes - and Merry Christmas and happy New Year to you as well! Just as a reminder, when you reply via email your signature is included in the post - so if you'd like to remove that information please feel free to edit your post.

Hi Ashley,
I’m glad to inform you that the Hebrew Right to Left feature is working fine.
I just uninstalled the Adobe Flash player (version 15) and re-installed it again.
Thank you so much for your valuable assistance to help me in this matter.
Obviously you can refer to this issue as resolved and close the case which was opened on Articulate Web site support.
Have a great day
David
