Problems with Audio playback

Feb 09, 2015

Hi, I have created a training package for my company and when I play it locally it is fine. However, I have published it and asked my colleagues to double click the story_html5 file on our shared directory. On slides where I have audio recorded at the same time as demonstrating the software the audio is fine, but on a couple of slides I have inserted the audio as clips next to the bullet points. The timeline is arranged as it should be but not all the audio comes up for each bullet? I am a new user to this package and some an in the experimental stage. Any words of wisdom, or should I just replace the slides with bullets with a clip that is recorded all together rather than separate files? Thanks

Hi Dawn,

I also wanted to mention it may be how users are accessing the content - as if it's a shared drive, and you published for web you'll want to look at hosting within a web server or similar as described here.

Also, just an fyi when you reply via email your signature is included in the post so you're welcome to edit that if you'd like.
