Hello I produced a course thet will be played on mobile, but there's frequently a slide structure where the video moves when other objects (images) enter, it works perfectly from desktop and doesn't work at all from mobile
The trigger is "Move Video 1 on Line Motion Path 3 When Timeline reaches 57s"
I can find more solutions but I already had to gave up with player buttons, because doesn't limit swipe action on locked slides so users can skip slides witouth watching (already identified as a bug form Articulate Assistance), so working for mobile is often bit hard...
Hello Crystal, thank you for your feeback, it helps anyway.
Maybe this is a bug too, I came up fixing the video in a position that wont disturbe images so far, but just because it didn't affect the slide layout, even if the graphic is not designed perfectly, now. By the way i noticed more than once that playing course on mobile can be a risk if deisgned for desktop without a deeply test for mobile...

Hi there, Matteo. I'm seeing the same thing on iPhones, Android phones and iPads. Let me document this behavior for our team to investigate.
I'm sorry I don't have a workaround at this point, but I'll update you with any changes.

Hi Matteo,
It would be helpful if we could take a look at your project file to dig in deeper and if it's a bug we'll be able to report that to our team.
With your permission, you can share it with our Support Team here. They’ll delete it when done troubleshooting.
Thanks Ashley I wrote to Support Team and I'm in touch with them so far.
Thank you
Thanks, Matteo.
I see that Renz is helping you out, so you're in good hands.
Thank you! :D
