I submitted a case this week. I did not get that confirmation mail which I am used to. And no one has come back to me answering the case. After a few days I submitted a new case just to point out that I missed feedback from Articulate. Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Or do I just have to be patience?
Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty. I'm not seeing any recent cases for you, so perhaps they are not coming through. You could try a different browser perhaps to submit here or you could simply e-mail us at support@articulate.com and a case will create for you.
