Why does this error happen? It seems quite random. The project saves happily many times then without any other programs changing this error appears or others like it. Any advice on how to avoid this would be greatly appreciated. My system has an 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz and 16GB of RAM.
