Thanks for reaching out and sharing the error you are seeing in your published course. That's not one that I've seen before and a quick search shows me that it can be common with Windows 10 users. Check out this documentation here and I'd advise working with your IT Team to understand why you may be running into this error as it's not specific to Storyline.
