As far as I know, MacBook Air supports Flash, so there shouldn't be a need to use the HTML5 version of your published content. You should be able to publish for Web (the Flash version) , upload the published content to some server and launch the URL in your Safari browser.
If you don't upload to a server you need to play the content locally, the content was not intended to be played locally and can lock up, on some machines you may need to reduce the security to allow it to play.
You may also want to look at a few of the options in this article on where you could host published content if you don't have a server to place it on (or would prefer not to share it there).
Cool! Okay, so what if I don't want to upload to a server, but just want to open and run the prezo on my laptop. Doable?
If you publish it as web format you should be OK. As long as you're not trying to call out to something on the internet (scorm, website, etc) you probably won't run into any security problems.
