Publishing to word from Storyline

Hi everyone...here is my situation. I need to submit my storyline module to our legal department for approvals. So I am using the "Publish to Word" option. I selected the Show Layers and Show Slide Notes under properties and click Publish. All works perfectly well!  It creates a nice long document showing all my slides, notes and layers. But on slides where I have multiple layers and have selected to hide some base layer objects, these hidden base layer objects are showing through in the word document. I also have some timed objects that come in at various times on the same layer or withing the slide layer and these are just all showing up on top of each other.

Any suggestions or thoughts on what I can do to make this easier for our legal folks to wade thru? Are some of these issues bugs or items to submit for future feature requests?
