Quiz that covers various topics

Hi All,
I am curious if what I want to do is possible... I have recertification quiz that is under development. The quiz will cover 8 different topics. What I would like to do, is to take a random selection of questions from each of these topics to make one quiz, e.g. each topic has 25 questions. This means 200 total questions. If I wanted to do like I describe and come up with a quiz with 80 questions and have the topics covered equally, this means that each topic should be represented by 10 questions.
Is that possible? If I put all the questions in one question bank, I think it's not. If I put them in different quiz banks, maybe... Is it possible to make a quiz from various quiz banks?
Thanks in advance.

Have you considered eight quizzes, one for each topic, with 10 questions each, and combining them under one result slide for one grade?
Hi Walt, thanks for your answer. I'm trying to envision how that would look from a structural standpoint (how the user interaction would be). It will be some work but I'll see if I can play around with it when all of the questions are finally input.
