How are you viewing the HTML5 content? First thing I would suggest is clearing the browser cache, if you haven't already. If that doesn't solve the problem, we'd be happy to take a closer look to see what's causing this.
As mentioned above, the HTML5 version of the quiz showing random questions unlike Flash version.
I do not want the randomization of the questions in the quiz, so I have unchecked the random option in Storyline. The questions are appears in sequence order in Flash version but in HTML5 version the questions are appearing in random order.
When you draw slides from a question bank in Articulate Storyline and choose not to randomize the questions, you may find that they're still shuffled in HTML5 output. This issue was corrected in Update 3 for Storyline. Please review the following article for more information:

Hi All,
Just FYI.
I have received confirmation that above is the issue, if we use Question bank for sequence question display.
So as workaround all questions have to be removed from question bank and kept on main slide structure.
