I have produced one course which is image-heavy. The final SCORM file is 213 MB. My client just reported that their LMS has file size restrictions and we need it repackage to less than 65MB with no single file greater than 30 MB in the zipped package.
Sam, It reduces the size but when I replaced them with the heavy images then somehow it looks smaller on the screens. Do you have any suggestions to make sure that the inserted images on the slides don't change in dimension?

When you publish it you can configure how much it optimises the images. Try pumping it up to max see what it does.
Have you tried running your images though this?

Attaching two images to clarify the situation.
To reduce / compress your SCORM, you may give doctorelearning' scorm compressor a try
