Rescaling screen recording and adding player controls

After I record a screen in Storyline is there a way to rescale the size of the video? And can I add player controls similar to what you have with Screenr or youtube?
I need to record the video in a larger window, but then would like to have it smaller on a slide and allow the learner to play it when they are ready, and replay if they want.
I apologize in advance for not spending more time searching for an existing answer to this; my first few attempts failed. So feel free to just link me to a tutorial or existing discussion.
Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Tessa,
Here's what I'd do....
1. Go to the insert recording area.
2. Right click on the video preview
3. Output the video file to your computer
4. Insert it back in (this will allow you to resize).

This is just what I was looking for; thanks so much, Mike!
I found how I can add buttons with triggers to the slide to play, pause, and stop the video...but before I mess with that too much, is there a way to add ready-made player controls to the video within Storyline?
Tessa,
If you double click your video, you'll see the ribbon change to the video options area. You can select the add video control option, but it may or may not be quite what you're looking for.

Perfect! Just what I was looking for. Thanks again for your help, Mike!
