Reset results bug

Hi everyone, I have come across an interesting bug in Storyline 3 regarding question banks and the Reset Results trigger. I have attached the .story file for people to take a look at. I am putting together a game which asks people questions with right or wrong answers. Before the game starts they choose a difficulty, if they choose the hard questions then they are worth more points but you get penalised more for getting them wrong.
Everything works perfectly the first time but when the reset results trigger is used to play again, most of the easy questions are ignored by the results slide. You can see that this is true as the pass rate (currently set at 100%) drops from 90 points to 81 points so only the first easy question is scored.
Each question bank has 10 questions but interestingly the bug doesn't occur if there are only 5 questions in each bank.
I am currently trying to find a way to fix this since each question bank should have dozens of questions in. Any suggestions or ways to fix this bug would be appreciated.

Thanks for the detailed write-up of what you're seeing! I saw the same thing when I tested the link you provided. Interestingly, this doesn't happen in Flash, so it appears that this bug only affects HTML5.
I'm going to look into this further to try and nail down exactly what's causing it, and I'll be sure to report back anything I find!

After some digging, I found that this bug had been reported for Storyline 360, but not yet for Storyline 3. I've now reported it for Storyline 3 so our team can begin looking at next steps.

If it is any help to your developers, I managed to get around the
problem by adding a results slide for each question bank. The final
results slide tracks the other 3 results slides (rather than any
question banks). Once a user has completed a question bank, they are
taken to the final result slide. When they retry that slide is reset
along with all of the others. The user never sees the individual result
slides, just the final ones. That seems to fix the problem.

Great news - Update 3 of Storyline 3 is available!
We released a fix for the issue where the passing score and learner's score could be calculated incorrectly when retrying an HTML5 quiz generated from question banks.
