Reset results/retry button freezing course

Hello!
I have a large course with 4-question quizzes in each lesson followed by results slides for each quiz. My problem involves clicking a button that triggers the results slide to reset and take the user to the beginning of that lesson. Note that it makes them restart the lesson, not just the quiz.
For some reason, somewhat frequently but not every time, if a user fails the quiz and clicks on the 'retry lesson' button, the results slide resets the score (you can see it reset the score) and then freezes the course. It doesn't take the user to the first slide of the lesson. It just sets the score to zero and stops (freezes -- cannot click anywhere on the course).
My issue is with how random this is. Sometimes users can go back. Some lessons freeze more often than others. Help!

I believe it may be due to the slide it goes to AFTER hitting retry has an auto-playing SWF file and animated elements within it. Taking both out, I'm not getting freezes. Weird that it is completely random though and doesn't always freeze but now won't freeze at all with those two elements taken out.

Could you tell me a little more about the course, please? Are you publishing for HTML5, Flash or both? Do you know if this happens for users running specific web browsers, or does that seem to vary?
