Reset Review Quiz content on Retry?

I have an assessment that allows the learner to Retry Quiz if they fail and Review Quiz if they succeed. It looks like the basic functionality of Review Quiz shows "Incorrect" if the learner answered incorrectly on any try rather than just the most recent try. My testers are having the experience of answering every question wrong to fail, then answering every question correctly to pass, but on Review after passing they see "Incorrect" on every question. It didn't work this way testing locally, only after posting to the LMS. Is there a way to manually reset the Correct/Incorrect "Review Quiz" feedback when sending a learner to Retry the quiz?
