Review multiple choice questions Issue

Hi, everyone,
i have a big problem with checking multiple choice questions.
I created a button on the result slide that only shows the questions that were answered incorrectly.
This works, but on the first wrong slide, the last answer is always shown in blue. It looks like the mouse over.
It doesn't happen on the second slide if it's on the first.
But if I answer the first slide correctly, it happens on the second.
The strange thing is that it doesn't always happen.
I can't think of anything else to test. I've also started from scratch several times, but it keeps happening.

Interesting issue. In your file, I noticed that if you turn feedback on then the problem goes away. So, I tested it - then turned the feedback off again, and it worked. I have not been able to replicate this in a new project. So, I am not sure why, but try turning the feedback on and then back off again

Not sure what exactly caused this issue. However, to fix this, apply the blank layout to both questions and then switch back to the question layout. It worked for me.

But what Nedim Ramic suggested worked.
I also found a solution myself. When I resize the multiple Choice group the bug is gone.
