Revisiting Slides

Apr 19, 2013

Hello,

I am creating a presentation and many slides have multiple layers in which the user will click through. I was wondering, if I have the menu restricted (meaning they can only click on current or previous slides) is there a way to control which layer shows up when the user clicks on a previous slide. Ideally, I would like them to view the last layer they saw (the one with the full information) when They revisit that slide. Please let me know if this possible or any ways to do something similar.

Thank you,

Jessica

Hi Jessica,

It should be possible, You'd just want to make sure that the revisiting settings are "Resume saved state" and make sure there aren't any triggers that close the layers. It really depends on how your course is setup, though.

if you have trouble with this, are you able to share your .STORY file here? I'd be happy to take a look and see if I can provide some suggestions.

Thanks!

Christine
