I love the ability to dock/undock parts of Storyline 2..
However, I am having a problem with the "Scenes" panel. The slides shown are really tiny! I cannot get them to show larger unless I undock them and enlarge the scenes panel so that it takes up most of my screen.
Does anyone have a "fix" for this. I need to be able to see the slides and slide numbers, especially when setting triggers.
Thanks!
Lynda

Hello Lynda,
Very easy to miss, but check out the magnification slider located in the bottom right corner of Storyline, and you should be able to increase the size of the thumbnails in the scenes panel.
Thanks, Brian, but I must be missing something. I can enlarge it ...when I do the scenes panel (story view) covers up the slide. When I go back to Slide view the thumbnails are tiny again. I know there's a way to have the thumbnails appear larger...at least there was in the original Storyline.
Hi Lynda,
As Brian mentioned, that slider will help you zoom in on the slide or the thumbnails (while in story view) but there isn't a way to adjust the slide size in the scene panel that I see and as you'll see in the tutorial it looks similar to your image.
Brian and Ashley, I did it! The problem is I'm not sure what I did! But, slides are the same size in story view as they were in Storyline 1.
When I open a new Storyline I may have to re-size it again. If I figure out what I did I will post it here.
Thanks for your help!
Happy to hear it Lynda - and if you figure it out, please let us know!
Hi Lynda,
If you figure out what you did, I'd really like to know because I have the same problem. Tiny thumbnails in the Scenes panel. They didn't start out that way but somehow I must have done something to reduce them. If only I knew!
Any updates on this guys? Some of the slides in my scenes panel are so small that I can hardly click on them. Seeing anything on the thumbnails is impossible.
Hi Jenny!
My favorite way to adjust this is:
Click anywhere in the Scenes pane, hold down the CTRL key, and roll your mouse's scroll wheel up/down to zoom in/out.
However, you may want to check out this post as if you have a branching layout, these can be hard to read as you indicate.
Oh, looks like Jenny got some assistance here :) Just linking the threads for anyone following along.
Aha! That did it for me!
Yay!
So glad that this older thread is still helping others out.
I appreciate you chiming in to share, Lisa and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
