SCORM not displaying in Moodle?

Hi everyone,

I'm getting started with Moodle, which I had installed on a server, and when I upload my zipped SCORM package into a Moodle course... it doesn't display anything.  
There is a big blank where the course should appear.

I'm using the second-to-last version of Moodle, and I tried this with courses made with Storyline 2 and Storyline 360. I even tried making 1-slide courses to test it out, same result.

Has anyone seen this before? I would be super grateful if you had any idea how to help me out, I'm in a bit of a pickle with this.

Thanks for reaching out! You may want to test your courses in a different environment, such as SCORM Cloud, to ensure the course works as expected.

If everything looks good in SCORM Cloud: You may want to reach out to Moodle to revisit the installation.

If the courses don't run in SCORM Cloud: Our support team is happy to look at your file and help troubleshoot.
