Screen Recording Issue

Hi,

I've made a few screen recordings with Storyline 1, however when I open them with Storyline 2 they aren't working as they should.

It comes up as a green screen, and I can see a tiny bit of the video in the top left corner flickering. So it looks like a green box has been put over the video. I'm working locally and have tried a Storyline repair but that hasnt helped.

Does anyone have any suggestions??

Hello Chris!

I was able to record my screen in SL1 then open the file in SL2 with no issues.

You could try importing the file into a new Storyline file as described here

Have you followed all of the steps described here?

Hi Emily,

I tried all of those things but its still happening. Starting to think it might be a computer set up issue - they gave me a new computer when I got Storyline 2 so I think I will chase it up internally!
